研究经历

  1. 2001-2008年期间,将分子技术与动物克隆技术相结合,成功地建立了12种转基因克隆猪。其中包括半乳糖苷转移酶单基因敲除克隆猪,半乳糖苷转移酶双基因敲除克隆猪,肝脏表达胸腺激酶克隆猪,全身表达Decay 基因克隆猪,全身表达绿色荧光蛋白克隆猪,内皮细胞过度表达eNOSE 基因克隆猪,eNOSE 基因敲除克隆猪,乳腺表达凝血因子VIII克隆猪,乳腺表达凝血因子IX克隆猪, 全身表达 Omega-3 脂肪酸(鱼油)克隆猪,,同时表达四种荧光的克隆猪,含有抗猪瘟病毒基因的克隆猪。
