陈浩,三级教授,博士生导师。主要从事生殖医学和生殖发育的研究。曾入选江苏省“双创人才”高校创新类(2020);“深圳海外高层次人才(孔雀计划)”B类(2014)。实验室聚焦“精子成熟和功能的分子机制”的科学问题,结合人的临床样本和小鼠模型,应用组织培养、单细胞测序和体积电镜(vEM)的技术,尝试阐明精子发生和成熟过程中从遗传到形态的变化及调控机制。此外,实验室还基于现有技术探索在PGT中的应用。
主持包括国家重点研发计划课题(2022)、子课题(2018)和国家自然科学基金面上项目在内的各级课题15余项(含已结题)。
陈浩教授以通讯(共同讯)和第一(共第一)在Cell Discovery(2021),Cell Reports Medicine (2022), Cell and Bioscience (2022), BMC Biology(2022),Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids(2021), Gut(2020,ESI高被引)和Science Translational Medicine(2014)等相关专业杂志发表研究论文40余篇,论文引用1600余次(Google Scholar)。担任Faculty Opinions (原F1000Prime)的Faculty Member,英国皇家生物学会Fellow,Journal of Extracellular Vesicles杂志编委,The Innovation杂志青年编辑等学术职务。
